In our facilities, transformer tanks with flat walls up to 250 MVA, expansion tanks, oil and air cable boxes, pipe fittings, cooling system collectors, domes, and core compression irons are manufactured by our expert and experienced team.

Our company holds WPS and WPQR welding certifications, and all welding operations are meticulously carried out by certified welders in accordance with the EN 287-1 standard.

Our products are manufactured within the tolerances specified by the ISO 2768-1 standard. All surfaces of the tanks and components are cleaned through sandblasting until they reach SA 2.5 or SA 3 levels.

The tanks and components are painted in compliance with the EN ISO 12944 standard.

Before painting, a leakage test is performed on all welded areas to ensure sealing.

All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with thinner.

External surfaces are painted using an airless spray gun in accordance with instructions and customer requirements, ensuring the desired level of corrosion protection.
