In distribution transformers, the tank surfaces are composed of corrugated wall panels that also function as cooling elements. The tank’s base, walls, and frame are welded together.

In our facilities, we manufacture transformer tanks with corrugated wall panels serving as cooling surfaces for distribution transformers up to 4000 kVA.

Before painting, each welded tank undergoes a pressure test conducted by our expert team.

If any welding leaks are detected, they are identified and repaired.

Each completed tank and cover is subjected to a sandblasting process.

The standard sandblasting procedure is carried out in accordance with DIN norms.

In our facilities, the outer surfaces are painted either by flow coating or spraying, following instructions and customer requirements to achieve the desired level of corrosion protection.
